Adrian and Amber Zenere have built a sustainable real estate development business using their architectural knowledge, building skills and property investing background.

With over 25 years experience in design and development they established their busy Sydney architectural practice ‘archizen holistic architects’ in 1998 which specialises in traditional to contemporary eco-sustainable development design solutions. Their area of expertise is in Responsible Environmental Development (RED), in particular eco friendly homes that are not only tailored to your budget but are practical, unique and timeless. They believe that your design should be a reflection of your personality and lifestyle that can be enjoyed for years, enhance your health, happiness and prosperity as well as being respectful of our environment.

They have an extensive portfolio of designs that include renovations, additions, luxury new homes, duplexes, villas, townhouses, multi-unit development, aged care, child care and commercial projects. Many of which have been featured in the following publications “Australian Property Investor, Luxury Home Design, Lifestyle Magazine, Home Magazine, The Daily Telegraph, The Sydney Morning Herald & The Sun Herald.”

They are also the founders of the Real Estate Development Club where they mentor budding property entrepreneurs who are interested in getting started in small real estate development. The Real Estate Development Club offers a friendly and supportive learning environment for beginners where they are able to network with other like-minded real estate newbies, share their experiences and leverage off others so they can reach their goals faster. They can also ask questions; chat about their successes and their challenges and explore potential joint venture opportunities.
