Coral is a self-made multi-millionaire, highly successful real estate investor of more than 30 years, seasoned entrepreneur, celebrated chef and experienced restaurateur. She has fond memories of her first entrepreneurial enterprise. At the age of eleven, Coral sold cow manure. From those humble, yet enterprising beginnings, sprung the foundation for a business empire.

Leaving behind the cow manure business, Coral immersed herself in preparing the groundwork for her professional life. She purchased her first investment property at 16, entered a commercial cook apprenticeship, and earned certificates in interior design and furnishing décor.

Coral has the distinction of becoming the first woman to be a Chef de Partie Functions at the Royal Sydney Golf Club in Rosebay, catering for up to 350 guests. She has also had the pleasure of cooking for Prince Philip. From there she went on to open The Yacht Club restaurant in Coffs Harbour. This very popular restaurant features fine seafood and spectacular views.

After retiring at the age of 35, Coral continues to build her multimillion dollar real estate empire. Proud of the fact that she’s never purchased a negatively geared property and never will, she’s been featured in various media and the Property Investing Magazine. Her real estate portfolio includes homes, apartments, townhouses, caravan parks, motels, storage bays, work bays, and shopping centres throughout New South Wales and Queensland.

Coral is also a self-taught share trader and investor who has been growing her self-managed super fund for more than 17 years. She has travelled and searched real estate ideas throughout Hawaii, Los Angeles, Los Vegas, Singapore, San Francisco, Bali, New Caledonia, Vanuatu, Bangkok, and Koh Samui.
