Michael is an international author, speaker, entrepreneur, corporate trainer, consultant, motorcycle adventurer and motorcycle tour organiser.

He is recognised as an expert in the fields of Customer Service, Corporate Team Management, Training and Motorcycle Tour Planning. Michael is the author of “Motorcycling Adventures – A Journey into Australia’s Outback with Bikes, Beers, Blokes and Babes.”For more than 25 years Michael has worked, managed, trained and consulted in government and corporate sectors and has received numerous awards for his contributions over the years from the Roads and Traffic Authority (RTA) and Roads and Maritime Services (RMS).

He is also the author of the forthcoming book “Would You Like A Smile With That? – 50 Instant Ideas For Achieving Exceptional Customer Service By Bringing Zest to Your Workplace.“He is recognised as an authority on riding motorcycles in different countries and has travelled over ahundred thousand kilometres on motorcycles in Sri Lanka, the United States of America, Australia and Thailand.

He is qualified in many areas, achieving high honours for his Associate of Arts in Aviation Administration (Ohio, USA), Bachelor of Arts in Economics/Finance (California USA), Master of Commerce in Macroeconomics (Sydney Australia), and successfully attaining Graduate Certificates in Public Policy, Innovation and Leadership in the Workplace. Michael has travelled and trained extensively in over 10 different countries such as the United Statesof America, the United Kingdom, Australia, Sri Lanka, Singapore and New Zealand just to name a few.

Michael’s passion for adventure and motorcycling has lead him to run a world leading international motorcycling adventure company that inspires people to enjoy the freedom and thrill that this form of travel provides. Michael is a founding member of the Ceylon Society of Australia, Australian Aviation Museum Sydney and is also involved in various associations such as the Customer Service Institute of Australia (CSIA), Society of Editors NSW, International Travel Writers & Photographers Alliance (ITWPA), Australian Institute of Emergency Services (AIES) and is a member of the Ulysses (motorcycle) Club in his spare time. Michael lives in Sydney, Australia when he is not travelling and riding motorcycles overseas.
