Daniel’s skills are in demand across Australia and internationally in a range of specialist areas.
He has spent 25 years in professional practice, specialising in Intellectual Property (IP) commercialisation – helping to get intellectual property into the market and achieve massive success. Currently the Consultant Principal and majority shareholder in Xenex Group, Daniel has helped many companies to incredible international trading success with their concepts. He has assembled a team of highly skilled consultants so his business, which can service the needs of a huge range of clients.
Daniel has planned and managed public and private companies over his career with outstanding results. A constant thirst for learning has seen Daniel study in Australia and internationally to acquire many qualifications including Bachelor of Business (Marketing) and an MBA in International Business, as well as being on his way to completing his PhD in International Business (Intellectual Property). Daniel has helped boost companies to success through his knowledge, advice and mentoring not just in relation to their IP, but also strategic management, acquisitions, performance management, business systems and process improvements, interpersonal coaching and change management. He has established new business ventures in engineering, e-commerce, knowledge management, automotive, agriculture and aquaculture, pharmacology, food tourism, microbiology, electrical and electronics as well as IT and education industries.
Daniel relaunched Success Motivation International (SMI) across Australia in 2006 after an 18 year absence. SMI is a franchised organisation of independent distributors dedicated to personal development through a specific goal setting process. Daniel worked with senior managers, business owners and executives with leadership and goal-setting programs to help them exponentially increase their success. Over his career working internationally, Daniel has established firms in China and other emerging markets, as well as negotiating and establishing distribution networks for Australian firms throughout Asia and South East Asia. As the first Master Coach for Western Australia with Maus Business Systems, Daniel has highly developed skills to help other people reach their goals – both personal and professional – in the shortest time possible.
These skills have sky rocketed not only his own success, but that of countless others as well. Daniel’s extensive knowledge and network of contacts internationally means he can open doors to opportunities that others don’t have access to.
