Tarnya Hawkins

Entrepreneur, Investor, Author, Charity Organiser, and World Traveller

Tarnya is a successful entrepreneur, lifelong charity volunteer and organiser, chef, athlete, investor, author, and world traveller.

Her love for travel began at an early age and led to her many accomplishments in the travel industry. Tarnya began travelling at the age of 17 while working on cruise ships. Now she operates a leading travel company that offers ocean and river cruising, coach tours across Australia and specified small-group tours. Her favourite tours to lead are throughout Canada, South America and the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska.

She has worked and consulted with a long list of highly respected companies in the travel industry, including Integrity Travel, Cross Country Tours, Princes Cruises, Norwegian Cruise Lines, Qantas Holidays, Expedia, SureSave Travel Insurance and Sailing Adventures just to name a few.

Tarnya is also a talented and award-winning chef. As a young 20 year old entrepreneur she started her own catering company and worked with In Flight Catering for six years. Tarnya now blends her love of food and travel into her small group experiences.

Tarnya Hawkins is the international author of the book “Travelling Made Easy” – A Step by Step Guide to Holidays of a Lifetime. She has travelled to over 50 countries across five continents and has an intimate knowledge of Canada and the United States.

In addition to travelling, her great passions include photography, skiing, snowmobiling, and her charitable work. Tarnya has been deeply committed to many charitable organisations throughout her life. Over the years she has been involved with drug rehabilitation and suicide prevention programs, organising international youth conferences, conventions, rallies, and camping programs that have touched the lives of many thousands of young people from across the world. She has also served for many years as a youth and children’s minister for the Uniting Church and Anglican Church.
