Yvette Sholdas

Published author, experienced business advisor and street smart profit strategist and marketer – consulting to small and medium businesses, is a trained copywriter, qualified project manager and Master NLP Practitioner.

Yvette, was born in country Western Australia. She moved to Perth at 17 to complete her studies and at 19 started her diverse 18 year corporate career in financial services.

Aged 21, alongside her corporate role, she started her first business and partnership – a driving school that was later sold.

Yvette took up her first management position in her early 20s. She commenced with MLC in 1996, after a nine month sabbatical where she travelled the world. In more than 10 years with MLC/NAB, her drive and problem solving skills saw her promoted through a variety of roles from software testing, business systems analyst, to training manager, before being fast tracked into a Sydney based project manager role in 2001.

For over 20 years, Yvette has worked with a diverse range of people. She has successfully managed and coached small and large high performing teams to deliver results within agreed time frames and budgets. Yvette has managed multi-million dollar programs of work, nationwide and internationally; from large system integration projects, new product implementations, legislative change programs, to people development and empowerment initiatives.

In 2007, Yvette left corporate life to pursue her own business interests, including owning businesses in coaching and personal development and communication and sales training. Through 2008 this included managing an entrepreneurial network, with specific responsibility for marketing and communication.

Yvette, is now Co-founder and Director of Smartbiz Profit System, business improvement and profit specialists for small and medium businesses; and Face Talk, world leaders in sales communication using face mapping. She is using her diverse proven skills in business and marketing to create financial and lifestyle freedom for business owners in three to five years or less.

She lives in Perth with her husband Dan and their son Alexander.
